Title: Never Stop Learning: A Journey Fueled by Curiosity and Passion

Subtitle: From Flying to Gardening, Writing to Teaching—How a Love for Learning Shaped My Life

There’s something magical about learning—about diving into a new subject, picking up a new skill, or unlocking a mystery that once felt out of reach. For me, that magic began at a young age. I realized early on that the world is a classroom, and life, if you let it, will teach you everything you’re willing to learn.

Over the years, this drive to read, research, write, and explore has opened doors I never imagined. It’s taught me how to fly airplanes over the rugged coasts of Southeast Alaska and how to write technical manuals for one of the biggest airlines in the country. It’s shown me how to nurture a garden from bare earth, cook meals that bring people together, and create businesses from a simple idea and a spark of determination.

I’ve learned to navigate the ever-evolving world of the private jet industry—regulations, logistics, safety, service—and to serve passengers, clients, and students with professionalism and care. It’s taught me to be a good instructor, a patient teacher, and, most importantly, a humble student.

Writing has always been my outlet—my way of processing, reflecting, and sharing. Whether I’m journaling in a quiet corner, blogging about the beauty of Alaska, or drafting aviation manuals, the act of writing helps me stay connected to the deeper purpose of it all.

This lifelong love of learning has not only shaped my career and my skills—it’s introduced me to some incredible kindred spirits. Fellow learners, explorers, writers, dreamers. People who see the beauty in the world and in each other.

We live in a stunning place—rich in culture, nature, and history—and I believe that our capacity to grow and to learn makes it even more vibrant. So here’s to staying curious. Here’s to picking up a book, asking a question, chasing a new skill. Here's to the journey—and to all the incredible people we meet along the way.
